14-day return policy on sealed, unopened product - in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day on which you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. This right applies without giving any reason.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email) before the cancellation period has expired:

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a refund, returned product must be:

  • Sealed and unopened in its original packaging.
  • Returned within 14 calendar days of your notification of cancellation.
  • In the same condition in which you received it, without signs of tampering or damage caused by you.

We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used food supplement products due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or not as described.

3. Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods (or, if earlier, within 14 days of you providing evidence of return). We will refund the full product price including the standard delivery cost paid at the time of the original order. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial purchase.

You will bear the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty, not as described, or we agree otherwise.

4. Faulty or incorrect goods

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@anklessrearthao.world. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return postage, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Opened or unsealed food supplement products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Products that have been personalised or custom-made.
  • Digital products or services that have already been supplied with your prior consent.
